Return Policy
At Sun Traders, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note, returns are only accepted for items bought directly from Sun Traders; we cannot process returns for items purchased through third-party retailers, either online or offline.
Return Guidelines
Our return policy allows you to return items purchased from suntraders.com within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Exchange Policy
Currently, Sun Traders does not offer exchanges on products.
Guidelines for a Valid Return:
– All original tags must be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.
– The product must be unused.
– Items should be unwashed and in a condition that is undamaged.
**Please Note:** If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please provide video evidence of the unboxing and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without video proof may not be accepted.
We will notify you via email once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are free if you received an incorrect item, the wrong size, or a damaged product. Following a quality inspection, if the returned item does not meet our standards, we will return it to you.
Note: If the order was shipped from multiple warehouses, each item should be returned in the package it was received in.
To Return a Product to Sun Traders:
1. Go to the “My Orders” section of our website and initiate a return request by clicking the ‘Return’ button. Follow the prompts and prepare the item for pickup or shipment based on the return method.
2. We provide pickup services for the address used when placing the order.
3. Alternatively, you can email us at care@suntraders.com with your Order ID, product name, and SKU to initiate a return and avoid any confusion.
Our logistics partner will arrange for a doorstep pickup, and you will receive an SMS on the scheduled pickup day.
If Pickup Fails:
We attempt to pick up the product up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the request will be marked as failed. For assistance, please contact customer care at 7383837474.
Additional Information:
1. Sun Traders is not liable if an incorrect item is given to the pickup agent.
2. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship their returns, and Sun Traders will reimburse the shipping cost up to Rs. 100.
